Favorable Disability Advocates is a Texas based company who assist individuals with disabling medical conditions, we’ve placed great emphasis on providing superior non-attorney representation services for Social Security Disability SSDI/SSI and Veterans Disability Compensation/Pension monetary benefits.
Owner/Representative
Mario Hamilton a veteran of the United States Air Force and founder of Favorable Disability Advocates LLC; a true visionary who through on the job experience discovered his passion and desire in helping others. After a six-year military enlistment, he finished his college degree along with embracing a position as a disability claims adjudicator for the Social Security Administration (SSA) and State of Texas Disability Determination Services (DDS) in Austin Texas. During these pivotal years; Mario overachieved thru the ranks of senior level examiner responsibilities and became proficient in SSA’s decision-making process for adult and childhood disability cases.

STATISTICS ON VA ACCREDITED CLAIMS AGENT IN TEXAS
According to the Department of Veteran Affairs; no individual may assist clients in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for monetary benefits other than a claims agent or attorney, and they both must be accredited by the VA.
As of May 17, 2017, there are currently 27 accredited claims agents in the State of Texas ready to assist veterans and their dependents. In the Austin and greater central Texas area, Favorable Disability Advocates owner/CEO “Mario Hamilton” is 1 of 2 accredited agents and he is also an eligible non-attorney representative for clients needing Social Security Disability as well.
It is common for veterans who are severely injured with medical conditions that prevent them from working, to obtain VA disability and Social Security monetary benefits jointly. Both of these federally funded disability entities are different in-kind but one will not contradict the eligibility of the other.
